    Everything Everywhere All at Once

    ★★★½

This film didn't work for me but I can definitely see why people like it, it's well acted and the multiverse aspect is handled pretty well. For me the issues are mostly with the comedy I didn't find it Particularly funny and was just crude. ( Butt jokes and the racoon thing just wasn't funny).

I think these jokes undercut a lot of the dramatic emotional stuff which still did strike some emotions in me. Unfortunately I think the whole…

Backyard fight club with the aim of settling long-term/ street conflicts and gang conflicts.

Can violence be the answer? This is a well shot interesting documentary about a series I wasn't yet familiar with.

I want to confess as best I can, but my heart is void. The void is a mirror. I see my face and feel loathing and horror. My indifference to man had shut me out. I live now in a world of ghosts, a prisoner in my dreams.

Visually this movie is great the attention to detail with the choice of shots and lighting is very well done especially for a film of this time. The film itself deals with…

What you are about to see are missing pieces- deleted or extended scenes from twin peaks fire walk with me

90 minute of cut scenes from fire walks with many of which cover stuff we already know but could help bring more context to scenes from FWWM. These missing scenes do add back the comedy and silly element missing from FWWM which feels more like a horror thriller than the original TV series.
We do get clarification that dale Cooper…

Definitely a film which is not for everyone if you don't like endless pondering about human nature.
You're about to watch a film made 10 years ago a shred of a film a two and a half hour story, one- fifth of which is missing. That one-fifth, which dates back to 1977, when the film was murdered, will never be recreated.
In place of missing scenes a voice will explain what was meant to be.

    We completed "ON THE SILVER…

This probably accurately reflects the life of a ballerina in 1859. For me however it just doesn't do it for me I liked the animation but it does feel like another "men bad 😡 women are delicate flowers" kind of film. Would have liked a little more than that but it's only 6 minutes run time so eh it's fine.

    One Cut of the Dead

This was fun Japanese comedy zombie movie made with a very small budget and unknown actors it managed to hit the big time and received a 1000 times its budget in the box office!

This is a great achievement for such a small budget film with a unique and ambitious plot. In which the cast are creating a low one shot budget zombie movie where they're attacked by real zombies. ( It turns out making a low budget movie is…

Twin Peaks: Fire Walk with Me

    ★★★★★

Definitely enjoyed this one it differs greatly to the show in tone and maturity. I feel as though everything in this film can be gathered or inferred from the show. It however tells the story with the level of consistency that the show doesn't have. The show often fluctuating between a bunch of different genres: soaps, thriller, romance, comedy or even horror. In contrast, the film I would say is firmly horror/thriller category with a focus on Laura Palmer and…
