Wes Craven would have fucking loved this.
It's nice to see a horror franchise be consistently strong, aside from the middling 3, and even that had good moments! Radio Silence has made another effective bloodfest (Ready or Not is their magnum opus), and the satire is still fun and new, as it tackles requels, toxic fandoms and...elevated horror.
The OG trio is always fantastic, but from the new cast, Jenna Ortega and Jasmin Savoy Brown (she's basically the new Randy and Kirby) are the standouts. The rest of the cast are solid, and Melissa Barerra ends up being okay.
I wouldn't mind them doing another one, but they could make it the last one.
