It doesn't quite deliver on what the premise promises you but still work a look. When this movie is on it's really on. The people melting scenes where they turn into bright neon dayglo colors are just pure fun but the movie's standout scene is where there are several minutes where a bunch of people playing keep away with a guy's severed penis. Worth the watch for that alone.
