  What a disappointment. The first story was VERY GOOD and it felt like things were unravelling but then it abruptly ended without a conclusion. The opening soundtrack is amazing, I had to search for it right away lol.

  However, the 2nd part was simply ass tbh. Cool cinematography just like Fallen Angels but I need more to give this anything more than a 3/5

  Looks like I am not a fan of Wong Kar-Wai as this is the 3rd film of his that I've found underwhelming

  I honestly didn't expect to like this as much as I did. 4 hours never felt so quick. The cinematography is absolutely stunning, the desert has never looked so good and to think this was made in 1962 blows my mind...this could easily pass as a 90s film. Peter O'Toole's performance was amazing, hope to see more from him. 10/10 score.
