This is tied with Black Swan for most painfully realistic portrayal of eating disorders. I cried. A lot. I can't separate my critical thinking from how close to home this hits on my younger life.

The Crown can pack up because this says everything that needs to be said about the Royals far more succinctly than The Crown ever has.

And Blanche DuBois can sit down because this is the seminal portrayal of the cage of femininity. I mean I think I'm sort of exaggerating, but not really - this is so much more nuanced and grounded than most stories that attempt to tell this tale. And it does transcend gender and its royal outfit (badumbump), because it's really just a human story.

Um other thoughts include down with the monarchy! Don't wear clothes! I'm not Diana, but this is what it feels like to be a ballet dancer. GOSH yes this is so good
