I honestly don't care for the sci-fi side of Everything Everywhere All at Once. The "verse jumping" and the alternate realities are cool but involve so much exposition and explanation that I can't help but feel bored at times. Where this film really hits home for me is with the beautifully written characters and the unique portrayal of depression/anxiety.
