Skinamarink 2022
If you are a fan of black metal, specifically something like Paysage d'Hiver or Nortt, then I would say SKINAMARINK is the black metal equivalent of genre film. It doesn't care if you don't like it. It's not for everybody and was never meant to be. It's for those who want to immerse in the world without ever getting a real payoff.
I don't know. I love this film but probably not one that should be shown in a regular theater. I would recommend watching in a sensory deprivation chamber or just in a small room by yourself to fully embrace it.

I do love political documentaries. After having to face the fact that the Iowa Democratic Caucuses will no longer continue I decided I needed a little fix to settle my senses.
In 1992 I was seven years old so I was absolutely not in tune for this election cycle when I was growing up. I had no clue who James Carville or George Stephanopoulos were back then.

Silent Night Deadly Night 4: Initiation 1990
Finally received the Vestron blu-ray. I have it on VHS and frankly the original DVD release looked worse.
As far as this entire series goes, this is the most original. It lacks a lot of the Christmas feels but who even cares. There are giant slugs, witches, and squirt scene that reminds me of when I put my index finger on one of my nostrils on shoot out snot through the other while I'm in a hot steamy shower during the peak of cold season.
