Ghosted in real life lol. Black and white directorial debut of Adam Stovall. Its if Beetlejuice was an indie dark comedy romance.

Not at all what I was expecting. I've always wanted to live in a haunted house. Why are ghosts always super old and boring anyway? I want a 70s flare jeans hippie ghost or an early 00s Britney Spears fan ghost. Thats ghost goals. Anyway this was charming.

I just adore these silly 80s movies. The story of Angela a writer who visits her aunts Malibu beach house to do some writing. While there she discovers she is the great niece of Billie Blaine, a buxom 60s Marilyn Monroe esque slain movie star. Not only that but she is haunting the beach house!

The only way to save Billie is to solve her murder and the two set out to solve the mystery. I love the ghost physics…

A mediocre made for TV movie Roseanne and Tom Arnold made as a love letter to each other, and Elvis. I did appreciate the underlying message about the welfare system. And Rosy actually acts.

The exact type of movie I expect to see Crispin Glover in. Also my neighbors got into a yelling match at the same time the angry towns people looted the house, that was the most exciting part lol.

A Wes Anderson newspaper anthology that tries so hard to be artistic and quirky yet had nothing to say, yawn. Other than the casting and camera technique I was bored af. Its beautiful to look at, but lacks depth and cohesion. The constant black and white to color and the reverse subtitles was annoying and confusing. The sexual in your face dialogue was off putting. I like Wes Anderson, but now I can only surmise that he enjoys the smell of his own farts.

This was ridiculously silly. Some of the shots were really creative and cool. It has some good gore and a few funny moments. But the whole story is a mess with major pacing issues. It lulls forever then is kinda OK. And it was way too long, horror movies should not be 2 hours! The music was terrible and took away any suspense. The twist was weird and predictable and reminded me of Harry Potter lol.
