Letterboxd — Your life in film

Stunningly beautiful hand-drawn animation, I can't get it out of my head.

It doesn't reach the same level of subtly brilliant insight as Inside Out but I love that Pixar is tackling literally the biggest questions of life.

I think the harsh criticism is a bit much, maybe because no one can watch it on the big screen or people have forgotten what all superhero movies are like, but I thought it had more heart than most DC movies and a stirring third act.

I dare you to not love this movie.

The origin of "gaslighting" and the creation of one of the most diabolical villains I've seen in some time.

Truly a classic on the failure and corrosiveness of Machiavellian leadership.

These movies are difficult to make work and this one is surprisingly impressive.

There is literally nothing new in this movie.

Maya Erskine is a national treasure and Jack Quaid continues to be one hell of a boring actor.
