Oh hello there my childhood it is nice to meet you
Spider-Man 3 has nothing to say at all. It's the shitty little brother of the previous two films. It's crowded, messy, and rushed.
But GODDAMNIT if it ain't fun. Raimi and Bill Pope are #GODSQUAD, probably only bested by Nolan/Pfister or Snyder/Fong. The way they shoot their set pieces, their enormous, illogical, crazy set pieces, is wack. It's a visual marvel, and it has a big dumb heart.
James Franco is the star of the show. I mean, really, all the actors are great, but the material is thin.
More to come dawggies
