Props to New Regency and/or Focus for shelling out $100 million for this weirdo Viking-lore esoterica dressed up as a blockbuster. We genuinely love to see it.
The two action scenes are excellent, Eggers really has a knack for carnage. I hope he comes back to the blockbuster landscape again soon. Hopefully audiences actually show up next time.
