Better than I expected, but I wish it wasn't so reliant on a twist. Would have been more fun if it revealed what was happening much earlier, and then just let a bonkers cat-and-mouse story unfold. Still, it's definitely worth watching.

Also, lots of great little moments and interesting minor characters, which goes a long way. There was no story-related reason for the sister to be employed as a birthday party princess, which makes me appreciate that detail all the more.
