Kane Bumpers’s review published on Letterboxd:
The performances were absolutely incredible, Bobbitt's frames were gorgeous, the pacing was perfect for me, and I was enthralled by the direction the whole time. It's sad that this might not actually get in for best picture. My only flaw, the thing that kept this from being the highest 9/10, is that the abruptness of the end didn't leave me as satisfied as I could've been. LaKeith Stanfield as William O'Neal was one of the most interesting people, but not enough time was spent with the character in my opinion.
