I think this movie could’ve benefited from letting us see the 2 leads friendship somewhat before Colm decides to end it, I feel like Colin Farrell’s emotional response would’ve been more effective if they did that. However I was always intrigued to see what was going to happen next and it was never predictable even if the ending was a little underwhelming. Martin McDonagh feckin loves setting fire to places in his movies don’t he?
