Sure, it doesn’t have a conclusive ending…but that cliffhanger was about as good as it can get.
Only 9 months til ‘Beyond’ and I will be thinking about this one every day leading up to it!
When The Boogeyman held true to its core messaging, it was strong. Unfortunately, a lot of it came off quite messy and convoluted. It’s almost as if it was too afraid to fully dive in, so it settled with a culmination of sequences that looked cool. It was fine, but I wanted more.
Zack Snyder’s Justice League was as epic as a film can be. An operatic story that in its 4 hour runtime, was able to feel so swift. It’s everything I could’ve hoped for and more. It’s hard to put into words just yet how truly beautiful it is. Not perfect, but oh so satisfying! ❤️
The Batman is SPECIAL. A near-perfect exploration of Batman, the corruption of Gotham City, and the HORRORS of politics. It also includes the BEST action I’ve seen from a CBM in YEARS, a glorious score from Giacchino, and Pattinson is the BEST Batman. A new favorite of mine. A+
Also, Paul Dano’s Riddler is the best live-action CBM villain…EVER. Better than Ledger’s Joker, better than them all. I SAID IT!
