“I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.”

    If the next entries are
as good as this one… this may be the greatest Sci-Fi series ever made. …

Perhaps the most brilliant and hilarious Wes Anderson film yet.

A movie that will speak to parts of yourself that you didn’t know existed, as Wes Anderson seems to prove that he is one of the best screenplay writers of our time with relative ease.

And let me just say that Scarlett Johansson, again, has an incredible standout performance. Between this and her role in Jojo Rabbit I’ve realized that a lot of her previous movies didn’t give her the room to really shine like this.

Bottom line, Asteroid City is a must see.

All in black and white with a jazz piano soundtrack that’s just a vibe. Who knew this would be the perfect aesthetic to watch some of your favorite goofs tour the country.

Steve Buscemi is a chip off the ol’ block in this one. If you know, you know 😉

If you think a bunch of polite people from Minnesota saying “jeez” and “you betcha” every 5 seconds set to the backdrop of a gruesome murder investigation is hilarious then this movie is for you.

I like the movie and I would even say Frances McDormand slayed this role but the main hook gets a little stale for me.

The most important thing in the universe and all the multiverses is love and companionship.

Part Horror, part cheesy effects, part visual TRIP. I’m glad they gave this film to Sam Raimi to Direct. He was the perfect fit to make this movie pop. If you’re a fan of the Evil Dead and Marvel you’re going to absolutely love this. This is just the combo you’ve been waiting for.
