Had a good time with this. The fights were dope and it was a nice and contained story.
Loved seeing Michelle Yeoh and Tony Leung kick serious ass. And wow, what a debut from Meng’er Zhang. Awkwafina brought just enough comic relief where it didn’t feel crowded or obnoxious. And Simu Liu, man, dude is solid stuff.
I appreciated how they let this movie dip its toe into the MCU without having this feel wrapped up in all that. It’s allowed to be its own thing and the rest of the stuff is on the periphery.
Def didn’t need Kingsley farting around though.
