They obviously needed more than 7 episodes. The concept is SO GOOD but it was wasted because they rushed everything and made it all sloppy. This needs a proper remake.

Ah yeah it was dumb but it was my type of dumb! Nasim is so sexy, lets sit with that. Plus she and Lamorne have tremendous chemistry 😌 AND that shaman woman was so sexy...whew! The one lady buying the house at the end too! To conclude, I had fun!

A million stars. This movie was so good that it’s going to ruin the at least the next 10 movies I watch because I know they won’t compare....ITS SO MOVING, DEEPLY DEEPLY SAD AND IT HAS SOME OF THE BEST ACTING IVE SEEN.

  • Missing Dad

    Missing Dad

This was unexpected. I was a little more than mildly interested in the beginning and middle of the movie and then THAT THING happens. I’ve never seen grief manifest in this way. It was unexpected for sure. Suarez’s acting is beautiful and even tho the subject matter really had my head spinning, I really enjoyed this movie. The brother refusing to get her the help she clearly needed, everyone else sorta pretending they weren’t seeing her mental illness was right-on-brand-code-of-behavior…

I really liked this! You can really be married for 12 years and not know your significant other. That’s my new ultimate fear now.
