Juan Diego’s review published on Letterboxd:
More than a disappointment, it's a distaste. With a twist on the genre of the previous films, and looking for a more suspenseful than horror tone, The Conjuring: The Devil Made Me Do It is not what I expected, and definitely doesn't measure up to its two wonderful predecessors.
The directing could've been better, as could the story, which is lazy at times. Nevertheless, to highlight: the tremendous performances that never fail in the saga.
