If this is how the supposed afterlife will be like, then shit, that is depressing.

Also, Rooney Mara eating pie for almost 10 mins was bizarre yet satisfying to watch...

This review may contain spoilers. I can handle the truth.

Got some Taxi Driver vibes out of this one for sure, but with great direction from Lynne Ramsay, a catchy score, along with Joaquin Phoenix’s incredible performance, this is easily one of my favorites of 2018 so far.

Also, I went into this film completely blind not seeing a trailer and reading a synopsis before hand and that really benefited and added to this film. It’s also very brutal and relies heavily on performance than dialogue. There is also an action scene that is captured with the eye of a surveillance camera and it is fudging great!

Wes Anderson’s latest is lots of fun, but suffers from an over abundance of characters and a plot that’s all over the place.

This was one hell of a theater experience I should say. The music, the visuals, every pop culture reference that was on the screen and the entire OASIS world just made this movie so much fun. I felt it was a bit too long for some reason maybe because I saw it at a late night showing so I was tired, but either way this movie was a blast and I need to watch it again!

Also, The Shining sequence was just the highlight for me especially the opening race scene!

A sci-fi slow burn of a film that I found very visually appealing and extremely thought provoking. It's final 15 minutes of the film alone just left me completely jaw dropped and I was just captivated by what was displayed on the screen. It's very psychedelic, very green, is very well directed, cinematography is great, and the performances I thought were fine, Natalie Portman being the stand out of course as she carries this film along. It also has one…

I dislike the police. Not even dislike, hatred is a good word to use especially after watching a movie like this.

I was shocked when I found out that this would debut after the Super Bowl on Netflix! This one takes place in a space station, and while it's entertaining to watch and all, the film does come down very disappointing. The film of course has its problems like being very incoherent, there is so much exposition and stuff thrown at you that it doesn't even make sense sometimes. I also thought the film felt very rushed and uneven, including how…
