Letterboxd — Your life in film

yeahhhh, this one is NOT for everyone!!!
You either hate it or like it, no in between.
Christian Bale and Amy Adams give fantastic performances! 
The editing and McKay’s style is on point! It’s also incredibly messy and all over the place, it can lose the viewer almost instantly because of so much politics.

I should really watch a lot more Charlie Chaplin films.

this was so much fun, the animation was beautiful to look at, even though I thought I was gonna have a seizure during those action scenes

Alfonso Cuarón, you son of a gun. You’re a master at your craft. I simply cannot find the words to describe what an experience this was. So many emotions were felt during this, and my god, that sequence where Cleo is giving birth and that beach scene... no words.

Everyone knows that my favorite band of all time are The Doors. This biopic however, is complete horse shit.

“I always felt like I didn’t fit in with my family, it seems like they don’t understand why I skateboard in the first place” 

this documentary hit me hard because of how much I can relate to these three dudes... yeah growing up sucks mane, I wish I can skate on a daily basis with my friends too, but you know, life and responsibilities take over at some point.

After thinking about this one for a while, I’ve come to the conclusion that I really love this film, I just don’t think I can sit down and rewatch this one again.

Ethan Hawke deserves an Oscar nomination for his incredible performance, easily.

Fucking horse people wtf. But tbh, I fully appreciated how odd and different this was. 
Also that elevator scene was hilarious.
