They knew what they were doing releasing this movie during Pride Month. It’s a really sweet story, told immensely successfully and with great animation. It was great to see the very pure bond between Luca and Alberto and how they resolved that story. It’s very clearly a home-of-seggsual movie, tho.
Yeah, I’d give it 10 stars if I could. It had EVERYTHING. Did not miss not for one second. The action sequences were coreographed magnificently. Well, damn. My first Almodóvar movie and I was not disappointed. I might have trouble eloquently putting it into words but the best way I can describe my feelings while watching this movie is by saying that there was an overarching feeling of “this is amazing” as I kept watching it. That’s the best I can do right now because I’m still pretty speechless.
