“Hello, when did Puss in Boots start?”- Frances

Noah Baumbach and Greta Gerwig wrote a character so relatable that it just boggles my mind. Frances is the kind of person that goes through this time in her life and just lives it. She’s faced with setbacks but portrays that optimistic hopeful nature that we all have inside. This film spoke to me simply because of Frances. She’s such a normal person with normal circumstances. Her quirkiness and the way she handles situations in her life just feel so natural. 

I cannot praise Greta Gerwig enough for bringing this character to life. She nails it.
