Bad comedies are the worst. I did get some good laughs from Richard Ayoade and Will Forte, though. And the passage of time has made the scene of Vince Vaughn purchasing the 3D TV pretty unintentionally funny.

I have to say, while I'm sure it was necessary for its time, the psychiatrist exposition dump would be pretty high up on my list of bad scenes in great movies. The delivery from the actor feels all wrong and it brings the film to a screeching halt.
Is that stopping me from giving this five stars though?
Not a chance.
I hope that someday I can find a way to properly articulate my affection for that opening shot. I love everything that comes after it, but man, those first few minutes in particular are just breathtaking.
