Dawson Joyce’s review published on Letterboxd:
Although director Jeff Baena and co-writer Alison Brie unfortunately fail to stick the landing thanks to a faulty third act that just leaves the viewer feeling alienated (and not in the good way), Netflix's Horse Girl is still an admirably unconventional and uncompromising portrait of paranoid schizophrenia and mental illness that works mainly for Brie's stellar performance.
