The fact that Bruce Campbell plays a character named 'Pizza Poppa' who refers to himself in the third person when he says "Pizza Poppa always gets paid"
OR
The part immediately after that line wherein Benedict Cumberbatch has to then, straight-faced, refer to him as "Pizza Poppa" as he tries to explain the misunderstanding.
