Jimmy Bie’s review published on Letterboxd:
Italians really do love making 3+ hour long movies about entire lifespans of morally dubious lads damn
I like when long movies are well paced and actually justify showing you decades worth of little moments. Perhaps too sentimental in places where it could have been more objective (especially RE: the victims of sexual assault). Leonne is really good at building tension and using sound design to inflect Noodz' guilt. There's a lot of visually beautiful moments, especially with the early childhood sequences. I only really knew James Woods' voice as Hades from HERCULES so it's fun to see him be a total bastard.
