All around weird movie that compels at times.
This isn’t my typical genre of choice, but I managed to find some enjoyment out of it with its good production design and solid action. The inciting incident was exciting. The score, especially near the climax, was additionally captivating.
What happened to his last tear? I thought that was of utter importance the way the film captured both moments of it. It seems the film just forgot about it.
And Willem Dafoe gets casted for the weirdest stuff sometimes.
