Had to be watched subbed. 5 stars. Definitely would’ve sobbed uncontrollably if I didn’t watch this in a classroom.

A dope ass movie. Love the visuals and sound effects to go with them. Dudes CGI ass face is a little unsettling. A much needed rewatch.

Im thinking the rewatch of this will probably get a higher rating. Animation was insane. I love that I love anime

I honestly don’t know what to give this movie. It’s 2 and a half hours of horror. I can’t say I liked it cause I really didn’t. I can appreciate its efforts to depict the lives of the soldiers during the war because the movie does a very brutally honest job of it. But it was hard to sit there comfortably watching all of it. A powerful movie indeed, but maybe too powerful for me. Definitely didn’t go into this movie mentally prepared for what I was about to watch and am leaving with no mentality at all.
