First time I remember loving it and the second time, BANGER. I love the portrayal of vampires here, no garlic or heart stake nonsense, instead a dark, more realistic take on what a real vampire might be like. Was surprised how good it was, at least for the first 2.5 hours. The characters, visuals, story, acting, all solid and really engaging for most of the film. I love movies about the making of movies, and this one of the best ones. Had zero idea what to expect and I was pleasantly surprised. I love films that focus on a small area, usually with a small amount of characters so it’s all reliant on the acting skills. Both leads are AMAZING here, superb jobs. The super simplistic story is what makes BOI so good.
