Look, if you don't think the guy who just made 300 wasn't aware of his sensibilities as a director, and hence, why he filled this with epic action, excessive violence and gore, and exaggerated melodrama, and how that's weaved with the ideas of Moore's text, then I don't even know what we're talking about anymore. The changed ending didn't bug me as much as I thought it would as well. This is phenomenal
