another victoria justice cheesy rom com with the same aussie from falling inn love except this time he was actually more of a character. cheesy, predictable, cringe. there’s something about the netflix trying to be hallmark pipeline.

I Am Not Your Negro 2016
this film is a really haunting look at how racism is still prevalent in our society today. especially the cuts from james baldwin speaking to the ferguson protests/riots. powerful and insightful words from james baldwin from his manuscript. would recommend everyone to take the time to watch this.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2 2017
continuing with the marvel universe, i think i might have liked this more than the first one but i’m still not sure. a lot more emotions going on in this one compared to the first and i liked how lots of the characters banded together with their shared trauma. overall pretty good and funny for sure
