I must admit I liked it. After seeing good reviews on the film I decided to give it a watch and I enjoyed it. It's beautifully shot and some scenes just feel so peaceful and calming. The performances were solid and I had no problems really, I didn't think there were any out of the box amazing performances but they were still good. I did think it was odd when he screamed in that dudes face but yeah. The premise of the film does sound like a john wick ripoff, which I mean I guess there was some similarities but other than that it wasn't at all. It was just honestly an enjoyable watch with friends heartfelt story and had you interested in knowing more about Nic Cages character. It was also nice to see a friendship unfold on screen. I'd definitely say Pig is worth a watch. It may take you by surprise.
