A simple emotion loaded post apocalyptic drama with Tom Hanks, cute dog and a robot. The writing is predictable and does get corny at times, but the ever charming effortless performer in Tom, make the conversations about life and human experiences with the AI lively, keeping you engaged. The evolution of the Robot and the  visual effects are neatly done. There isn’t anything revolutionary, but it’s a pleasing heart felt drama.
