A true masterpiece if I've ever seen one. Their is not one scene, one piece of dialogue or one character that does not feel out of place. Production design and script are incredibly sharp and wonderful, it has Fincher's persistent touches yet incorporates a wonderful sense of style and humour that lightens the mood when it becomes serious. Performances are excellent and has Academy Award recognition written all over it, Eisenberg in particular showcases an incredibly subdued but entertaining performance. The score is also a major necessity to the films ultimate success, its raw, its hypnotic and it's eerie.
