"What's your favorite scary movie?"
Post-modernism at its finest, Craven breathes a fresh new taste into the stale and dull horror genre by dropping it with sarcastic and parodic undertones with an equally over the top cast and killer iconography. Performances are all excellent, underdeveloped yes but undoubtedly great fun from Campbell, Arquette and Lillard who are all excellent. A fantastic soundtrack to boast but maybe ten minutes too long for its own good.
