What can I say about Venom I don’t necessarily think it’s the best direction they could have taken the character but what we got was still has a lot of fun and interesting elements. 

As much I like Tom Hardy he’s completely miscast as Eddie Brock I don’t buy him as a serious news report/ journalist his too rugged and his performance is too quirky and marcho but his able to create a good chemistry with Venom in a fun Campy way. 

I did like the bromance between Eddie and Venom is a fun friendship with a lot of fun and there’s plenty of great action sequences the campy tone is definitely enjoyable but it would have been interesting to see this character taken to more dark storylines.
