I love this film. I love this trilogy. It is just the perfect marvel trilogy. I love all the guardian films so much, they mean so much to me. I grew up with the guardians of the galaxy, and this was like the end of an era. What a perfect ending, which was satisfying, and I loved how it went. The soundtrack was amazing, James gunn always picks the most perfect songs for his films. The song the dog days are over is brilliant in one scene. It was just perfectly used.
This was such a heartbreaking film and it was one of the first films in a while that made me shed a tear in the cinema. This film broke me. The cast is all perfect, and each one has such a perfect bond on and off set. The villain, the high evolutionary, is one of the best marvel villains because he is so hateable but great as a villain. This film is a rocket story, and the way they explore rockets' backstory was so cruel and heartbreaking. He is one of the best characters in Marvel. Star Lord had a great character development, which I loved. All the guardians had great character development.
This is the darkest of the three films with some dark moments, but I'm glad it pushed the boundaries to tell this story the best it can. Drax and Mantis relationship as friends was so fun, and they are such a great duo. Drax was hilarious. He is most of the comedy in the film. James gunn is a brilliant director, I can't wait for Superman's legacy now. If he can make us care about a raccoon and a tree, then he would be perfect to make us care about Superman.
This was my most anticipated film of the year, and it didn't disappoint. I liked Adam warlock in this. His character has such a good arc throughout the film. This was a perfect ending to my favourite group of misfits. The post credits scene were great, so you should stay for them. This is what Marvel needed, marvels latest films and shows were just settling up something else and didn't have time for a good story. Guardians are different. It focuses on the guardians and the guardians only, no big cameos from other heroes, which I loved. As a guardians story, this was perfect, and this was the return of marvel. If you were disappointed with Marvel recently, then try this out. It might make you get back into Marvel again. I loved this film so much, and it's a perfect ending.
