Marvel being bloody and creepy? finally? thank you a lot. Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was a little less than what i expected it to be, not failing to please but with the feeling of longing for a little more especially from its final part, despite that it is a very Sam Raimi movie which makes it personally inevitable the fact that i enjoyed most of it and those surprises even if some were more unexpected than others. It would've been awesome if some appearances and plot twists had been revealed entirely in the movie and not in trailers, as i feel that those were actually the parts that were uplifting either for excitement or nostalgia and the rest was a bit quiet, but hey, i think it makes up for it in the fact that when you like horror and extravagance you get to enjoy it as a whole and it's entertaining at the end of the day.
Shout out to Benedict Cumberbatch who always shows his good acting and above all to Elizabeth who also shows not only how good an actress she is but continues to position Scarlet Witch as one of Marvel's best characters with that wild and heartbreaking side, two protagonists that didn't leave the others so far behind being just the right contribution to the story. I always say that going out of the "conventional", and more here being Marvel, is good and here the director achieves it leaving his mark and an interesting look that shows that if you get out of that zone you can achieve as a result fun and curious things with which we could become interested in the present and for the future, that they have given this opportunity is already something and I'll keep that.
