So excited to finally announce my involvement in this! This is the first of hopefully many W.A.V.E. productions that I get to be a part of!

Gary filmed this in the 90s but lost all the footage until recently and wanted to release it now that he could put it all together. I did the score/music for the completed film just this year and treated it like a long lost cursed movie, and I couldn't be prouder. It's a WAVE…

I will never expect anybody to understand why this movie holds such a special and important place in my heart because it is absolute trash, I won't deny it. A very serious Lifetime movie about a child who blackmails her xanax addicted babysitter into giving her ice cream and letting her stay up late, that's literally girlbossier than Gone Girl and Legally Blonde combined!!!!!

Rob Lowe really thought he was gonna win an Oscar for this one and I love that for him even if he was so very wrong

PS they say SHIT in this movie!! Lifetime let them say SHIT!!!!!!

I think where this movie goes wrong is the characterisation of the main character as nothing but a vehicle for PTSD exploration. It's hard to understand, sympathise, or even care about her at all when there's no point of reference or actual character involved, just a nondescript schoolgirl struggling with PTSD.

The one single action sequence that everybody references is maybe worth the journey just for…
