  i was holding out hope that this would be a fun campy guilty pleasure movie but instead this was, to be completely honest, boring. the first two thirds of this movie are entirely exposition, and by the time we got to the actual payoff in the final third it felt rushed and anticlimactic. it would've been really cool to see more vampire action, but nearly all of it was relegated to the last 10 minutes of the movie!!
