I'm still not a fan of Robert Eggers' directorial style, this film was such a nice surprise and without a doubt it's his best movie thus far. The story was great and so was the storytelling, but something felt off. I wish there was more to the mysticism, I really loved those moments, but at the end it felt unanswered, more mysticism and less violence would've been great. Although I didn't love this as much as I was expecting, I'm sure this will end up as one the biggest movies from this year and I think that's awesome, there should be more movies like this one. Alexander Skarsgård and Anya Taylor-Joy were both fantastic and the rest of the cast did great as well, I only wish we could've seen more of Nicole Kidman, Willem Dafoe and Björk.
