One star for each leg suction cupped to wet denim because people KEPT GETTING THEIR DAMN JEANS WET!
Not really my thing. Very YA, which has its audience but leans upon its romance in lieu of the central mystery more than it maybe should. All I’m saying is it’s a murder mystery where when they cut back to the plot device courtroom battle you don’t ever fear for our lead. Jones reminds me a lot of Rosamund Pike in Gone Girl if all she did was listen to Folklore and Evermore. Again, not bad. But not really my thing.
