I had low expectations going into Black X-Mas, mostly coming from the 2.5 average score and the abysmal reviews. But as I've learned never judge a film but it's reviews. Especially in this case because this movie is pretty rad.

And yes I meant rad, not bad.

Bob Clarks 1978 original film Black Christmas is probably my favorite slasher film of all time and is up there as one of my favorite horror film (and just…

Not sure how to write about this one, but I shall attempt.

Black Christmas is a film that I have heard so much about throughout the years. Many claiming it as one of the greatest horror films of all time. Well i guess i will join in on that because this was one of the most chilling, tense, and brilliantly crafted horror films i have seen in a long time. From the look of the film, which is dripping in…

Had a similar reaction to this as I did with the previous one. Lots to love, but definitely has it's short comings.

But this one had Jim Cummings so this one is definitely 💯 better.

Spree is like a hybrid between the films Searching, The Dirties, and American Psycho. Joe Keery is spectacular in this, completely steals the show.

Loved how this film used social media, though at times the wording from some people felt a little "fake". But the comments on the streams, the 4 chan posts, and the seemless blend between real and fake social media all made the movie feel authentic. Even though it might get cheesy or heavy-handed with it's messages it doesn't really matter by the end.

    Definitely check this one out!

Oh my god, I am so bad with logging films. Most of the time, I either forget to log it, or just simply forget when i watched it.

Anyways, Suspiria was pretty cool. Loved the technical aspects, the cinematography in particular was immaculate. The music is also pretty great as well. The film is extremely effective in it's scares however there were some parts of the film that weren't as effective as others. I will say i…
