MCU WATCH 2021 (#28)

Okay, so this is a pretty good- but obligatory ‘origin’ movie from Marvel. After some, IMO, poor movies like Captain Marvel and Black Widow, it felt good to see a Marvel film with some great new energy. The mystical elements landed really well with me and the combat/action is gorgeous. Having a nice blend of English and Asian dialogue really felt like the right choice.
I just wish the first 10 minute narration didn’t happen- just show us this stuff. Stop cutting corners! 
A little long winded in the second half, including a final battle that probably turned into too much of an ACT THREE VFX showdown for me, but the real question:

Awkwafina Disney+ show WHEN?!
