i have nitpicks but overall i did very much enjoy this. it fixed the pacing issue the book had, and that's all i could ask for

Shakespeare could never write something as complex, innovative and elaborate as this. He couldn't write such iconic heroes and villains, he couldn't pull off the epic ARCS that this movie MASTERED.
this was everything Netflix has been trying to produce, and MORE. the twists, the turns, the drama, the romance. and, of course, the Christmas spirit. it took everything that made The Princess Switch (2018) a modern Christmas classic, and TRIPLED it in the best way possible.
give Vanessa Hudgens 3 Oscars for this, cowards.
