Andrew McMahon’s review published on Letterboxd:
Permanently in my heart, constantly on my mind. Every directorial choice Barry Jenkins made was the right one. Especially in 'Black' (part iii.), which makes me feel some type of way and takes this from being great to being one of the most indescribably beautiful works the medium has ever produced. Some movies make me want to be a better person; Moonlight makes me want to be a better me, and I feel like I've done so since I saw it for the first time, even as it's always an ongoing work in progress. For as special as the actual experience of watching Moonlight is, its true power comes after the credits have rolled, when you simply live with it as a part of you.
