Damn, for almost 4 hours I forgot I’m living in the year 2020. Lately I’ve been watching long runtime movies, and I really love when the movies really REALLY cares about what are they showing, I love how every single frame, character and dialogue is used for a reason in the movie. I know that’s something that every movie has to have. But for being almost 4 hours, and having the capacity of giving every moment a characteristic tone and reason is something to admire. Obviously Robert DeNiro is like a fish Swimming in the sea with his role for this movie, but what I love about him, is that every mafia-guy That DeNiro has played, has a singular essence and a singular way of being.
