Just as amazing the second time. Really loved the Alamo Drafthouse’s tribute to the Daniels’ music video history, Asian American Cinema, Ke Huy Quan’s drive to reenter Hollywood, and Michelle Yeoh’s career. Rewatching it was a deeply emotion experience, it was a lot easier to seperate yourself from the visuals and focus on the emotional core fully and I just loved it more. Loved all the allusions to the everything bagel as well, which I did not realize it’s connection to the washing machine.
