2018 EDIT: Rachel Morrison was nominated for best cinematography for Mudbound and made academy awards history, which is PHENOMENAL and a monumental step forward for non-men DPs getting some of the recognition they deserve. Next let's let a woman win please.

The 'best cinematography' category is the only mixed gender category in the academy awards that has only ever nominated a single woman. In 92 years of Oscars.
The very best way to support our badass lady/NB DPs is to watch their films and love them and appreciate them.

(As a side note, I know that the Oscars are incredibly problematic and not an accurate judge of whether or not a film is good)
